We are committed to teaching and training believers across Africa to multiply disciples across their own communities.
A Bible institute based in Accra, Ghana, training believers across Africa.
Across Africa, many men and women feel called to serve, teach, and disciple others, yet lack access to consistent and sound biblical training. In some places, the Gospel is preached without depth. In others, doctrine is unclear, discipleship is shallow, or leaders are sent without preparation.
For those wanting to serve in under-resourced or harder-to-reach regions, training opportunities are non-existent, distant, costly, or simply unavailable. Many are left to learn as they go, without guidance, materials, or ongoing support. Over time, this weakens both the individuals serving and the churches they are trying to build.

The early stages of building BGBI in Ghana 2020

Training by BGBI in Nigeria
We're committed to making Bible training available to as many people as possible across the continent. Based in Accra, Ghana, the Institute offers tuition-free Bible education and discipleship so cost is not a barrier for those who want to learn and serve.
We don’t just educate; we train. Through this training, believers are prepared and sent back into their churches, communities, and regions across Africa. By partnering with others and focusing on training that is accessible, BGBI helps people serve faithfully whenever they are called.
This is a place to grow in your understanding of the Bible, learn alongside others who share your faith, and be prepared to serve with confidence wherever God leads you.
Students gain a clear understanding of the Gospel and how to read and interpret the Bible faithfully. Rather than relying on tradition, trends, or secondhand teaching, they learn to handle Scripture with confidence and responsibility.
You won't be alone. Find support with other like-minded believers from Ghana and beyond while you learn, building friendships and networks to help in your calling.
